How we work
For everything new, the first time is always full of surprises. We always strive to make sure our patients feel comfortable and at ease during their adjustments. If there is anything else you would like to know about our practice, please don't hesitate to ask!
Before your first visit:
After booking an appointment online, you will receive an intake form to complete before your visit.
At your first visit:
When you arrive for your appointment, we will discuss your intake forms and do some tests to assess your nervous system functioning.
We will also take some posture pictures.
After that, we'll discuss your goals for chiropractic care and how it can benefit you. Where appropriate, we will make adjustments using techniques tailored to your specific needs.
At your second visit:
You will receive a book that explains chiropractic and how it can help you.
Based on your history, and your examination during the first visit, we will create a personalized care plan for you.
This plan can involve appointments once a week, or twice a week, depending on your needs.
We will end up with your adjustment.
At your regular adjustments:
Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted and invited to take a seat in our spacious waiting room where you can enjoy complimentary tea and water.
During the adjustment, we may adjust with several people at the same time to allow for optimal integration of the new information received from the adjustment.
If you come as a family, we can adjust everyone in succession to combine your energy.
Coming with children or doggo(s)? No problem!
Children and pets are welcome at the practice.
We have a dedicated area with toys for children waiting for their parents to be treated, as well as a place for well-behaved dogs.
